   Last week Marilin G. sent in an old recipe she found for "Pie Plant Wine".    
   Apparently we're the only ones on the planet who didn't know what a "pie   
   plant" was (rhubarb!).  Thank you to ALL the readers who enlightened us!  The   
   response was truly amazing!   
      
   A couple of contributors mentioned remembering "dandelion" wine, where a   
   balloon was put on top of the bottle, which would inflate while fermenting,   
   but then deflate when it was ready to drink! Janice L.  would like a recipe   
   for dandelion wine.  Her Grandpa passed away before she thought to ask him for   
   his recipe.
