Both my mother and my mother-in-law had family       treasures passed down for generations and I have some of those very precious       collectibles along with their stories. Other things I've found here and there       at estate sales and antique shops that hold special memories for me. My       question is this. I have two sons. One son and his wife have plenty of room       for some of these lovely items but have zero interest in antiques. The other       son and his wife have more of a liking for these things but have zero room!        Who is going to take care of these things, especially the most valued family       heirlooms, when I'm no longer on this earth! I feel such a responsibility to       preserve these family items."              What do you think? Are you in a similar situation?              WE NEED YOUR STORY ABOUT COLLECTING. DO YOU HAVE AN INTERESTING STORY TO       TELL? SEND IT TO newsletter@tias.com.              If you have a story you'd like to share, tell us about it and if you have any       photos, we'd love to see them! Send us an email to newsletter@tias.com so we       can share your story with the rest of our readers.              Thanks to those of you who have been responding! We really enjoy, and       appreciate, the feedback!       --------------------------              --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Dada-1        * Origin: Prism bbs (1:261/38)    |
