   7. Need help returning US Navy Discharge documents. One of our readers sent in   
   this request for help:   
      
   "When sorting through my late mother's papers, I came across the Honorable   
   Discharge Certificate & Statement of Service for Sea.  1 c, John Allen Murch.    
   He served for four years on the U.  S.  S. Concord from June 1934 to June 1938.   
      
   I have no idea who the man is nor his relationship to my family, but I would   
   really like to get these documents to him or his heirs. Your help would be   
   greatly appreciated."   
      
   She added: "I did just discover that he was given a travel allowance of .05   
   per mile from San Diego to Houston, so maybe someone in TX may be a relative.    
   Here's hoping."
