10. A vintage recipe request from a reader:   
      
   This week we have a request from Bev in Cottonwood, AZ:   
      
   I hope someone can help me with this recipe by Easter. I'm looking for a   
   recipe for carrots and it is made in a slow cooker.  They are cut in about 1   
   inch pieces, and cooked in a sauce which is kind of sweet, I can't remember   
   what all goes in to it but I think some ketchup and maybe brown sugar for the   
   sweetness.  The sauce it cooks in is a little on the thicker side instead of   
   thin.  I lost mine and it's been so long since I fixed it I just can't   
   remember what all goes in to it.  Thank you much if you can help me.  Bev B,
