   I've collected American Dinnerware for over 30 years and have over 300 pieces   
   in my collection.  The pieces I like are cream-colored with a wide variety of   
   decals, and even though they were produced by a variety of companies like   
   Harker Pottery, Homer Laughlin, and Universal, and what ties the collection   
   together is that they are all lined with red trim.  I started with just one   
   pretty cake lifter..."
