You can       see them here: http://www.tias.com/books/cooking/              Be sure to check out our vintage kitchen collectibles section online at:       http://www.tias.com/showcase/1/Kitchen_Collectibles/1.html              Email recipes@tias.com if you have a vintage recipe you'd like to share or if       you're looking for a recipe!              Here's a recipe from a reader who says her family loves as a side dish:              Zucchini, Peppers and Corn              2-3 fresh zucchini, sliced into 1/4" rounds 1-2 T butter       1/4 green pepper chopped into small pieces 1/4 red pepper chopped into small       pieces 2 cups cooked corn       Salt and pepper to taste       Fresh chopped chives              Using a large skillet, lay the zucchini slices in melted butter, adding the       peppers and onion on top of the zucchini layer. Cook without stirring until       the zucchini is just lightly brown on one side. Give it all a quick stir       continue cooking for a minute or two until everything is just softening a bit.       Add corn, salt and pepper to taste, and some freshly chopped chives, toss       until heated through, and serve.              Ratio of zucchini to corn can be changed depending on personal preference.              Great way to use leftover corn from a fresh corn roast!       --------------------------              --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Dada-2        * Origin: Prism bbs (1:261/38)    |
