The rules here are pretty simple:   
      
   Remember that some people still pay to move these messages so try to keep on   
   topic.  Conversational threads are allowed, just don't go overboard :)   
      
   Discussions here are encouraged about various antique, or collectible or   
   "curious" items you've come across or own, as are inquiries as to what a   
   particular object may be, or it's worth, etc.   People looking to find   
   particular objects are also encouraged to post their inquiries.   
      
   =While I don't expect this area to turn into a "for sale" area, links to   
   auction services like Ebay, etc. are allowed, so if you have an item on Ebay   
   that you'd like to let people know about, feel free to post a link.   
      
   = People will be able to view the photos at   
   http://www.filegate.net/antiquefile/ that have been uploaded, with a browser.   
      
   = Submissions to the upload area at ftp.filegate.net are allowed only with a   
   username/password account which I'll  be happy to send to you if you send me a   
   netmail message at 1:261/38, or request it here, or email me at    
   anis@filegate.net.   
      
   =Your upload should be a photograph of the item for discussion.  Any other   
   files will be deleted and cause for revocation of uploading priviledges.
