   I'm not really confident that you actually have it turned off based on previous   
   experiences.   
      
   The code has been the same since 2011 when it was added in, and in the 5 years   
   of it getting used every single day by many people, no one but you has ever   
   reported a problem.  I personally have ran it off for the past 5 years myself.   
      
   North Koreans do not have Internet, and to even own a computer I believe you   
   need to be in the government, and only high ranking politcal leaders have   
   actual Internet access!   
      
   Very interesting that its North Korea that Mystic is mysteriously blocking when   
   its turned off!
