   Hi mark,

Btw: Why are you repeating what is already in the header?

WvV>> He never was the moderator...

ml> he was when he relisted it since it had fallen off the echolist back in
    ml> ~2003...

Listing an area on a random list, that doesn't have any official status,
   doesn't make one the moderator.

ml> for an area to be carried on the backbone, it needs to be listed in
ml> the echolist and have a moderator... that means that the area was
ml> non-existant until he brought it back...

No the area still existed every where else. The 3 systems that make up the so
called backbone, don't define the existence of which ever area.

ml> if there was another area of the same name that someone cross linked
ml> to this one, then that's a different problem... one that should have
ml> been straightened out back then...

   You're funny.

ml> if the area is not listed and has no moderator, then it will be
ml> removed from the backbone distribution when backbone.na is updated...

So how come you are still connected to this area, since it dropped out of the
elist early 2018. And the wannabe moderator last posted in 2016 in this
   area...?

ml> so, is it to be listed and carried by the backbone or no?

That's up to the "backbone". They are just 3 systems that play a minor role in
echomail distribution in fidonet. So I don't care...

   Bye, Wilfred.
