        This echo has sat Derelict for more than 8 months with no activity   
        I have been absent from Fidonet for 7 years due to my home office   
        Burning just shortly after the 9-11 event.  WOrking a government   
        job I had little time to put it back up.  Since I had a disabling   
        brain injury I have returned the LiveWire Back online.   
      
        The LiveWire was once one of the oldest BBS's online.  We date   
        back to 1986 in the days of the 300 baud modem.  In the early   
        1990s I moderated this very echo and it saddend me to see nothing   
        here since November of 2015.  I'm still involved in many Amiga User   
        groups and I will do everything I can to promote, revive this echo.   
      
        Since the echo has long sat dormant I am simply salvaging this much   
        like a ship that has been out adrift at sea.  No moderator activity   
        monthly rule posting or user activity has been posted in over 8   
        months... therefore I simply want to see this echo continue and   
        become part of Fidonet's rennaissance.  I believe in the Fido...   
        time to let him out of the doghouse and let him run again.

     Rules:   
      
     1. The purpose of this echo is to discuss the classic Commodore   
        Computer System known as the Amiga.  The Amiga was an impressive   
        system for it's day.  It's video capabailites exceeded that of the   
        Apple Macintosh.  Many classic Science Fiction shows of the day   
        had their space scenes rendred through a Video Toaster

     3. Polite behavior and language is expected: personal attacks, flaming,   
        and off-topic messages are not tolerated.

     5. BBS "handles" and aliases are not permitted - real names only.  If   
        you are accessing this echo via NNTP or E-Mail List please sign   
        your real name on every message you post.

        telnet capability.  Many now have a web-forum like interface where   
        they can post via HTTP and download QWK by telnet or http.
