   In the case of Frank Linharus, I very much doubt it. I had a direct AmigaNet   
   link with him. And me and his FidoNet host tried to contact him through all   
   known channels, when his system started misbehaving... There was never a   
   response. So we stopped the connections and removed him from the respective   
   nodelists.
