Acorn's BBC computers could accept various second
processors via the Tube connection if I remember rightly. It was one of the
first examples of heterogeneous multi- processing that I knew about.

I have a friend who may have had one of those. I know he
had a 464 and talked about the 664 and 6128 when they were released. I
believe the PCW series inherited a lot from the CPC.
