I can connect to REF, XRF and DCS reflectors with this setup. My       setup is actually a full blown repeater minus the RF part (that's on the todo       list). The main part of the system runs on a Raspbnerry Pi (actually the same       one as my BBS!), using the Maryland D-STAR image. The dummy repeater runs on a       Windows desktop on the lan and forms module A of the system. This setup works       quite well.       ...
