   In 1956 my High School had a Electronics class that I took before I   
   could take the Radio I or II class.   
      
   In Electronics, I learned Ohms Law and calculated the Voltage and   
   Current in different circuits that we wired from schematics using the   
   Large Wire Wound Resistors the teacher provided, and after doing the   
   calculations we connected a 12 VDC storage battery to our circuit to see   
   how close the VOM readings were to what we figured out on paper.   
      
   TW>Because fo the warm up burn in time on a New Tube the ET's built a rack   
   TW>with sockets for a set of finals with filament power so they were ready   
   TW>to go in case of a failure.
