   why is that? the area has not been echolisted in ages... roy removed all of   
   his echos from the echolist after a snit/fight with a previous echolist   
   operator... he did not add them to the echolist when the new operator took   
   over the list... being carried by the backbone is different than being carried   
   by distribution systems... it is a subtle but important difference...   
      
   with all of that said, yes, i agree... someone should step up and pick up the   
   echo(s) to keep them alive and hopefully not anyone who has tried to steal   
   them away from roy in the past...
