   Since, as they say, 'never built one', there is nothing to talk about but   
   the theory they used to come up with dimensions to physically make one.   
      
   What they've shown you is merely a schematic of the antenna, which is not   
   what it looks like in reality.   
      
   Considering that each element is fed 'out of phase' the schematic doesn't   
   support the argument that it is an LPDA. Note the explanation under Fig   
   4...does it mention a single boom or what? I think the author is a bit   
   mixed up.
