Greetings TOM!               RW> TW>> the one I am talking about has NO directors or Reflectors as in        RW> TW>> a Standard YAGI               RW>> Link!               TW> Note Fig 1. This is the basic LDPA and it exacticaly matches what i        TW> am talking about. How then could it not be an LDPA:????               TW> http://tinyurl.com/mdr3ejg              Since, as they say, 'never built one', there is nothing to talk about but       the theory they used to come up with dimensions to physically make one.              What they've shown you is merely a schematic of the antenna, which is not       what it looks like in reality.              Considering that each element is fed 'out of phase' the schematic doesn't       support the argument that it is an LPDA. Note the explanation under Fig       4...does it mention a single boom or what? I think the author is a bit       mixed up.               Have a day!               R\%/itt - K5RXT              --- GoldED+/W32 1.1.5-31012       --- D'Bridge 3.99        * Origin: HAM Radio, aka Amateur Radio. 804?
