   there's no link there for their yahoogroups arnewsline group?? that's where   
   you go to sign up (groups.yahoo.com) and edit your settings to add your email   
   address if you signed up with a yahoo address... then you join the arnewsline   
   group and tell the group to send new posts to you at that email address as   
   individual emails, not a digest... this is also where you tell it to send them   
   as plain text and not html ;)
