   The updating of the echolist isn't due for renewal until Nov 2014. I had   
   intended to discontinue the distribution of this echo, if I couldn't   
   revive it. So far, Amateur_Radio is off that hook.

   If you have the rules available for each echo available to every user,   
   then by having those rules, you can use the HAM echo rules as a guideline   
   for your activity here.   
      
   Or, if you want, I can post those same rules here.   
      
   But, since we're all adults and have grown out of the adolescent stages in   
   life, we can all determine how to behave without a set of rules to go by.
