   actually, the ARNewsline newsletter is automatically emailed to a special   
   acount on my system which takes it and converts it to plain 7bit ascii text   
   and then posts it to the LS_ARRL echo... i offered to autopost it to one or   
   two other echos but was told at that time that it was not really necessary   
   because it was being done in LS_ARRL... now we see that it is also being   
   manually posted to one of those other echos and that's fine... what my system   
   posts is the original script complete with each of the breaks and station   
   identifiers :)
