Greetings Holger!               HG>> This antenna has been fully described in the Ham Radio magazine with        HG>> element lenghts for various bands of frequencies.               RW>> Perhaps, but who reads magazines these days? Formulas for finding        RW>> the lengths of elements and booms are available on the internet and        RW>> readily used to design any LPDA for whatever use you have in mind.               HG> Well, magazines have a longer shelf life than any electronic media I        HG> know of.              With the advent of a means to safely store everything that you could want       to save from a magazine or an internet site, you have the ability to       access that same info and illustrations at a moments notice, rather than       poke around a pile of old paper that has deteriorated beyond heavy use.              I have old Dectective magazines that are too fragile to even thumb       through.              Meanwhile, the shelf life of modern media these days is beyond anything       that you can have in a magazine. i.e. a CD recorded in the very early days       of digital media is still as vibrant as it was back then.              The pages of my 1977 Antenna Handbook are stiff and easily torn. I expect       it to turn to dust before I'm not around to use it. Not to mention the       bookworms.              I also have my 1st ever Amateur Radio Handbook from 1964, but it is too       fragile to handle these days without damaging the so often referred to       antenna information pages I used back then.              Last but certainly not least is the fact that if something I had saved to       digital media has been lost or damaged, that info is still available on       the internet with a simple Google search. There I have a choice of       umpteen places that not only have saved it, but have update comments       galore...                      Have a day!               R\%/itt - K5RXT              --- GoldED+/W32 1.1.5-31012       --- D'Bridge 3.99        * Origin: HAM Radio, aka Amateur Radio. 804?
