   Which means that you're located in the Region 1 area of Allocation to   
   Services regulated by the ITU.  The US is in Region 2, which allows for   
   the use of 80m above 3.8 to 4.0Mhz...Region 3 is allowed 3.5 - 3.9Mhz...
