I've seen a couple of reviews, one by Gordo on the Wouxons,
   I think in Popular Communications.

A friend of mine has the Wouxon ht's and he's rather happy
with them. They can be modded to tx out of band, but I
understand they have the fcc stuff necessary. i gather they even talk for us
blind users, and have heard some of my
blind ham colleagues even sing their praises. My good
Kenwood dual bander is still surviving though, but I guess
for the price I'd probably buy one of the Wouxonsif I were
in the market for another ht.

About the only brand I try to avoid just snap judgment is
Yaesu, they're the mopst blind man unfriendly of any of them these days. We
have the ft-2800m in the van, butI hate
having to program a new memory in that radio!
