   Well even though the Balan Losses are measureed in tenths of a DB the   
   loss of the old single band half wavelength "Coax Balun" is even less!!!   
      
   By the wat there is a very intersting article in the May QST about a   
   Sleeve Antenna. They use an actual metal sleeve though.   
   And to make the project easier do use a Balun!!
