   CBers were licensed to use their radios in a manner complient with the   
   FCC's Part 97 rules. Not many did. And, what's the use in having a xmitter   
   if you can't experiment with it? Besides, the mental capabilties of 99% of   
   CBers left me with no interest in talking to them.
