I haven't been as active as I used to after a         ES> couple months ago our main        ES> fellow became a silent key. Really tough.               ES> 73's               ES> Ethan        ES> //open ethan        ES> --- SBBSecho 2.12-Linux        ES> * Origin: thePharcyde_ telnet://bbs.pharcyde.org (Wisconsin) (1:154/10)              Mike Luther W5WQN here. And being typed today in the exact same house, now       Historic House 66, in College Station, Texas where I got my original Novice       license WN5WQN in 1952. Plus in the exact same room in which I made my first       QSO from a 6L6 crystal oscillator hand built rig, the inbound signal being       heard on a Hallicrafters H38 receiver.              Actually was the bedroom for myself and my little brother. Shortly after       which my Dad and Mom threw the rig and station out of the house and into a       little extra room behind the garage. For obvious noise reasons, grin!              Mike Luther N117C on 1:117/100 for this response..                     ---        * Origin: BV HUB CLL(979)696-3600 (1:117/100)    |
