Yesterday and today, as I worked on my mobile set up, I noticed that the   
   10mtr band has opened from the midwest to the west and east coasts.   
      
   Yesterday, I didn't make contact, but listened to W1AW working south Texas   
   to Mississippi on 28.380MHz, upper sideband.   
      
   I'm in the process of improving my mobile antenna installation and monitor   
   28.400MHz, upper sideband. I only have 10-12watts PEP, so I'll probably be   
   under the noise level a lot.
