   I think that is the case also. It is jsut the "Old Grumpy" ones or "I   
   am Better then You" types stand out.

   Same here in the El Cajon California Club. Plus for the old Novices that   
   don't have a 2 meter rig they link their 144 and 220 repeaters so every   
   member could join the 2 meter nets.   
   And to get into the computer age they even have a PSK-31/64 net on 6
