Having a sport to pursue certainly       helps me, as that adds training commitments and competition. Off down the       coast for a cross country relay this coming Saturday. My leg is 5.7km (around       3.5 miles). :)              Hmm, feel free to drop me a netmail to continue, or perhaps over in FSXnet. :)              Creeping back on topic, I'd like to have another go at ARDF, now that I'm at my       best long distance fitness ever. The DF and navigation parts are no issue for       me, I'm a natural at both, it's the distance running aspect that was my weak       link back in 2003. But I still managed 2 team gold (2m and 80m) and an       individual bronze (in the open 80m event) at the 2003 Region 3 ARDF       Championships.                     ...
