Well, the last 7 days training:

Wed - Gym (legs and upper body), then a lassage, followed by some light javelin
   throwing.
Thu - Track session - Warmup, drills then 5 x 80m at 85% effort (which is
enough to get me to around 30 km/h these days!)
Fri - Gym (core) followed by yoga.
Sat - 3.3km cross country relay leg.
Sun - Track session - warmup, 6 x 200m with reducing rest, then gym (legs and
   core)
Mon - 3km treadmill and gym (core)
   Tue - Today! - warmup, 5 x 300m at 1km pace (roughly).

   Welcome to my world. :D

Unfortunately, that means I don't get to play radio as often as I used to. :)
Need to reconnect with the local club.

   ... Are you lost?
