   Not at all. If it weren't for the demise of the code test, CBers wouldn't   
   be applying for a license.

   If you have the mind capable of memorizing every aspecet of the written   
   test, that's not a bad thing. Hardly anyone I knew during my early years   
   was able to test without some memorizing.
