Last week I noticed the Licence Plate on a parked automobile that read "144MHZ". I didn't see any signs of an Whip Antenna, but figured if the car was owned by a Ham that they may be using a Hand Held Rig. Seeing that License Plate Made My Day! 73 de Ed W9ODR . . ...
