   Yes, immense workload after such an incident.  In one way I can understand   
   their pre-disposition to shoot over there, since it is presumed everyone is   
   armed, and the slightest wrong move can be construed as going for a gun.    
   Still, as I said a taser will normally suffice enough to incapacitate
