   Pretty much the same here.  It does happen in the big cities though.     
   Certainly not like in the US.  They almost all have tasers.  In most cases that   
   would be all they need.  If the tasers dont immobilize then perhaps a gun might   
   be necessary, but certainly no need to kill IMO
