When we moved to Texas, my friend Andrew was       already here and taking care of his 90yo grandfather. It was really hard       to communicate with Ray, as he was stone deaf, even with a hearing aid in       each ear. He was a newspaper editor/publisher in his former life (before       he retired) and his computer kept him busy throughout the day. When 5pm       arrived, out came the Scotch and he was a goner by 6pm... 8^)               TW> Actually ther kid in charge fo the Field day setup is only 16 and his        TW> 14 year old daughter, and and a couple of others in that age group        TW> handled the 2 meter band during field itself.              Youngsters are great for that kind of thing. We had a few of those running       around the field in Powary too.               R\%/itt                     --- GoldED+/W32 1.1.5-31012        * Origin: Texas Lone-Star - Texan, American, USAian (1:387/22)    |
