   I ran across one of those types last year. His Car with antenas all   
   over it. I had a light turn yellow just before i got to the white line   
   Instead of slaming on the brakes and sliding into the intersection I   
   went on though. The clown grabbed his PA microphone and yelled "You   
   Just ran a Red light buddy".   
   In anpother incident they had a group of Police wannabes at an   
   intersection to stop traffic becasue of a parade two blocks away. I was   
   at the time a Sherifs Department Senior volunteer and driving the   
   Senior Volunteer car I was sent on an assignment that would take me   
   just past that intersection to deliver something. As I was driving   
   through he was screaming YOU CANNOT go down that street.
