   I lived in Winterpeg for 6 years.  Went through Conservative and then   
   (unforftunately) NDP govts.  About the only party that has not been in power   
   someplace where I lived, were the greens, and of course the very minor 1 or 2   
   member parties .  Strange to say, the Ontario NDP seemed to be completely   
   different then the Manitoba NDP when they were in power here.  Oh well, if only   
   we could just ignore them
