Hi all,    
      
   I haven't seen a policy message come across the echo since I just started   
   carrying it the last few weeks. But I wanted to see what the rules were for   
   posting newsletters or announceent for newsletters with URLs to read them   
   on a website etc.    
      
   Is this ok or no?
