   You might want to take a look at FileMgr but I have not worked on it for    
   almost   
   ten years.   
      
   It does not do mail tossing though.   
      
   Just a File process and tossing tool.   
   This runs only in a DOS or windows command environment.   
   The sources are supplied as well as the binaries so you are welcome to see if   
   you can migrate the code over to FPC.   
   If you do it will be able to work on all platforms that FPC does subject to   
   changing any specific dos routine to the generic one's.
