   at that time a year ago, bob seaborn responded as did another individual...   
   all three of us answered robert's question(s)... one about ALLFIX_FILE and   
   ALLFIX_HELP and the other was about if allfix was registerable or not... that   
   was before bob's death at the end of the year 2017 :(
