Not sure since I can't check here.               NB> I'm guessing in your situation.. Allfix cannot post directly to        NB> Synchronet's message bases. So you generate a text file and post it up        NB> via smbutil. In this case, yes.. Synchronet is most likely generating        NB> the MSGID.              You're correct, Allfix won't post to Synch               NB> Mind you, none of your Allfix postings have ever ended up in my DUPE        NB> area either, so something must be right. :)              I don't keep a dupe area right now.               NB> Mark seems to be saying he's posting directly into JAM areas, which it        NB> can do. I haven't seen any of his Allfix posts in my DUPE area either,        NB> so again.. something must be right there as well.              Well, as I said, in checking the messages that come into here, all v6 messages       do not have a kludge for MSGID. v5 does. sbbsecho does pick up dupes in       ALLFIX_FILE. The last one was from MBSE and it did have a MSGID.              Enjoy!!                            --              Bill              Telnet: tequilamockingbirdonline.net       Web: bbs.tequilamockingbirdonline.net       FTP: ftp.tequilamockingbirdonline.net:2121       IRC: irc.tequilamockingbirdonline.net Ports: 6661-6670 SSL: +6697       Radio: radio.tequilamockingbirdonline.net:8010/live                     ...
