   I also noticed that if Allfix creates announces into msgbase, it will not put   
   MSGID's there. However, when it creates announces as .PKT's, it will put   
   MSGID's ok.   
      
   I think this is ok because it is tossers job to create MSGID's when sending   
   messages out.
