   only problem I seem do be having with version 5.13 universal is its not always    
   creating the file reports  for the allfix file message base , sometimes it   
   will    
   create them and other times it wont , not sure why its doing that , but it   
   could be    
   the dact that its not registered and maybey its a bug , or possibly the os im   
   using
