   This issue has been traced down to some of the changes needed to be done with   
   the new compiler.   
      
   This error is at the end of the program when closing the SETUP.FIX file in   
   certian circumstances, and is acutally not causing any issues (other then the   
   error message)   
      
   I have corrected this for the next release.
