   It's more like "activist federal judge oversteps his authority to block Trump."   
      
   The SCOTUS simply affirmed what we already know: Fed judges are **below** the   
   Executive Branch and cannot override it.   
      
   And we already have judges saying that they are going to ignore the SCOTUS.  It   
   will be interesting how the plays out.  I thought we just had protests about   
   "No kings".  But the Left has always been hypocrites.

   The ruling was that schools could not force children, overriding their parent's   
   wishes, to learn about mentally ill people.  So instead of just doing what they   
   want, they have to get permission from the parents and allow the parents to opt   
   their children out.  Similar to the sex ed stuff when we were that age.
