   It's hard to tell because the cowboy outfit is loose fitting, where the police   
   uniform was closer fitting.  But that's what someone hiding would want: to look

   My understanding is that the timing of this was before the authorities knew who   
   they were looking for.  It's damning evidence against them now, but if the   
   timing that I saw is correct, they had nothing to charge her with or a reason   
   to detain her.
