   -> There were strings of old RVs and other quasi-mobile homes and tents strung   
   -> out for over a mile on Valley Blvd, and for miles along San Fernando (on   
   -> both sides of the street).  There were people living, and defecating, in the   
   -> vestibules at the bottoms of the overhead walkways in Long Beach, and   
   -> apparently living in the restrooms there at the aquarium and also at Santa   
   -> Monica Pier.   
      
   They are towed there and then the people that own them rent them out to   
   the homeless people that don't want to live in a tent. The city usually   
   tows them away eventually.   
      
   -> So not just in places that tourists won't usually go.

   delivered.

   -> I actually assumed they gave some of them the broken down RVs and trailers   
   -> along the streets... otherwise, I am not sure how some of them got there as   
   -> they didn't appear to be in a very "mobile" condition.
