   I am not certain what you define as a "solid media" but, if you type the   
   following into google.com, you will get plenty of articles and most are on   
   topic:  north korean hackers getting jobs.   
      
   Their government sponsors hackers so there are at least some North Koreans   
   who have at least some technical background.
