   There are lots of mysterious surrounding the electric company and all their   
   gimmicks. When I signed up for their "solar program" I believe that I was part   
   of a number game that helped give them the # of willing participants they   
   needed in order to build a solar energy farm. And now I've got so much money   
   that I don't know what to do with it ;)
