   Many of us have tried to eat healthy, but find that we simply can't.  Our   
   bodies reject this "healthy" food.  When researched, we find that most of it is   
   contaminated by chemicals (pestacides, Apeel, etc.).   
      
   I used to eat oatmeal most mornings.  Nice steel cut (low processed - not the   
   instant junk) oatmeal.  It worked great.  But a couple of years ago, I started   
   feeling ill after eating them.  Shortly after that I found that the FDA OKed   
   the use of pestacides on the oats **after** harvesting.

   The sterotype is getting old.  There are a good many people who eat like that,   
   but more and more are rejecting that style of eating.

   No one who wants to eat healthy eats that stuff.
