   The city of Moscow was founded by the Ukranian (Kievan Rus) prince Yuri   
   Dolgorukiy in 1147, while Kyiv (the capital of modern Ukraine) was already   
   founded in 482.   
      
   Both Ukraine and Russia were part of the Soviet Union as equal members, but   
   Ukraine was never part of Russia.   
      
   You don't know the history.
